We’re really proud of the service that we offer and find that nearly all of our couples like to come in and meet us,talk about their wedding, eat cake and then talk some more! Therefore, our ordering process is defined by the client’s needs, normally after an initial meeting requirements are organised via email with our weddings coordinator. Once finalised we’ll send an invoice for approval, a £100 deposit is taken 3 months prior to the wedding with the balance being due 6 weeks before the big day.
We aim to be as transparent as possible with our pricing, if you’d like cupcakes that are available in our shops we don’t feel it’s right you should pay more just because they’re for a wedding! We’ll be upfront with costs and feel confident our pricing is very reasonable, if you require something a little more bespoke this isn’t a problem and our wedding co-ordinator will talk you through any extra costs that may be involved.
